Janne Herkama aloittaa Prog-It:n toimitusjohtajana 2.11.2026 ja yhtiö siirtyy seuraavaan vaiheeseen. Yli 25 vuoden uran IT-alalla tehnyt Herkama on toiminut aiemmin mm. Advania Finland Oy:ssa operatiivisena johtajana ja johtoryhmän jäsenenä.
Prog-It kiittää Topi Järvenpäätä hänen arvokkaasta työpanoksestaan sekä yhtiön kehittämisestä kuluneiden vuosien aikana. Yhtiön siirtyessä seuraavaan vaiheeseen, yhtiön hallitus ja toimitusjohtaja Topi Järvenpää ovat yhteisymmärryksessä sopineet toimitusjohtajan tehtävän päättymisestä. Päätös perustuu näkemykseen yhtiön seuraavan kehitysvaiheen vaatimuksista.
Prog-It toivottaa Topi Järvenpäälle kaikkea hyvää tulevaisuuteen.

Janne Herkama ny verkställande direktör för Prog-It Oy
Janne Herkama tillträder som verkställande direktör för Prog-It den 2 november 2026, och bolaget går in i nästa fas. Herkama har en karriär på över 25 år i branschen och har tidigare bland annat varit operativ chef och medlem av ledningsgruppen på Advania Finland Oy.
Prog-It tackar Topi Järvenpää för det värdefulla arbetet och för utvecklingen av bolaget under de gångna åren. När bolaget går in i nästa fas har bolagets styrelse och verkställande direktör Topi Järvenpää i samförstånd kommit överens om att verkställande direktörens uppdrag upphör. Beslutet grundar sig på en uppfattning om kraven i bolagets nästa utvecklingsfas.
Prog-It önskar Topi Järvenpää allt gott inför framtiden.

Janne Herkama will start as CEO of Prog-It on 2 November 2026, as the company moves into its next phase. With a career spanning more than 25 years in the industry, Herkama has previously served as, among other roles, Chief Operating Officer and member of the Executive Team at Advania Finland Oy.
Prog-It thanks Topi Järvenpää for the valuable contribution and for the development of the company over the past years. As the company moves into its next phase, the company’s Board of Directors and CEO Topi Järvenpää have by mutual understanding agreed on the ending of the CEO’s role. The decision is based on a view of the requirements of the company’s next phase of development.
